We want you to love your Poppy Lissiman pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original dust bags and brand packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once the inspection is complete.
